Big Day!

So yesterday was a Big Day!! Here's why:

First real job interviews with the KIPP schools. I think it went well despite the fact that I may have been squinting with one eye for most of the time....stupid contacts.

Last class of graduate school! It was strangely anticlimactic, but then I went out for some drinks with Brooke and Mariam and we toasted to the end of grad school several times...so obviously that made it seem more real.

My mom won Fingerlakes Home and Careers Teacher of the Year!! Send flowers, words of congratulations and blank checks!

I'm leaving for a short weekend trip to Charlotte today, so may not post again until Monday- have a happy weekend!
